Megan (25/04/2001) (Susan M Woodhouse).
The station has since collapsed (DSRM have done zero maintainence on any of their section of the line unlike the GMR).

*Extracted from NSW Government Railways Weekly Notices, 1924–1975.*
*Note: The "not a crossing station" restriction at opening (25 November 1925) is unique on the Dorrigo Branch — despite having a Signal-box A, Home signals and Landmarks, regular train crossings were prohibited. Only the ballast train could use the siding, and only on authority of the District Superintendent. This reflects the limited siding length at opening and the steep grades making uncontrolled crossing movements unsafe. The temporary terminal station (6 November 1950) gave Megan a significance beyond its size — the washaway-driven closure of the Megan–Dorrigo section made it the effective end of the branch for goods traffic, requiring an Officer in charge and a stop board system more commonly associated with major stations.*
