*Extracted from NSW Government Railways Weekly Notices, 1922–1983.*
*Note: The most significant finding is that Nana Glen already had an **electrical interlocking machine** before the 1982 CTC conversion — all other loops in the North Coast CTC series had mechanical interlocking machines placed out of use. This suggests Nana Glen received an earlier electrical interlocking upgrade at some point between the 1935 Coramba loop formalisation and 1982. The Nana Glen loop opened two days after Landrigans (14 December 1943 vs 16 December 1943) — the two wartime loops commissioned in the same week. The Loop type designations are reversed from the pattern at other wartime loops: Nana Glen–Glenreagh is Type C (1–8 key, 9–50 ordinary) while Coramba–Nana Glen is Type B (1–50 ordinary), reflecting the shorter Coramba–Nana Glen section requiring only ordinary staffs. Your notes give 454 metres for the loop; the WN gives 1,492 feet = 454.75 metres — an essentially perfect match.*
