*Extracted from NSW Government Railways Weekly Notices, 1924–1989.*
*Note: North Lismore's three-form shunting procedure for stockyard shunting (W.N. 21–1974) is the most detailed documented intermediate-siding shunting procedure in the Murwillumbah branch collection — requiring three separate telegraph forms, secure storage of the Train Staff by the Bangalow Station Master, and formal written cancellation on completion. This complexity arose from North Lismore being within the Lismore–Bangalow section with the Train Staff frequently at Bangalow. The 1986 renaming from "Stockyards" to "Cement Siding" and the simultaneous ETS section change from Lismore–Bangalow to Lismore–Byron Bay reflects the rationalisation of the Murwillumbah branch ETS sections following the closure of intermediate sections north of Byron Bay. The base diagram Circular No. 576–56 (1936) Lismore–Byron Bay — governing the siding throughout the cement era — was finally amended on siding removal in 1989, ending 53 years of operational coverage.*
