Name meaning : Named after the property which it serviced which in turn was named after the Murray family property in Wales.
Notes : Opened per WN 29/1942. 2.13 metre Up side platform. This appears to have been a private platform attached to the property of the same name. The location today is roughly marked by a signal near to the start of the Loadstone loop (at 862.447km). The small platform (complete with shelter) was built by Barney Daley, Jack Cox and Bob Murray. Originally built to load cream (on the Mountain Goat) it was later used for school children and local passengers and was serviced in later years by the Brisbane Limited Express. On Easter Monday 1947 it was the location for the derailment of the pay bus. The sign still exists at the property. Deleted from Station Listings — W.N. 7–1972
