Excellent image. No wires are visible from the signal box to the north end signals suggesting this image is between 1915 and the opening of the line to Kempsey in December 1917.

Promotional trip to show off the new sleepers and the 1993 refurb. It covered the north coast (including the Murwillumbah branch) and the main south. I'm not sure if it went west. It stopped for several hours at main stations and was open for public inspection.
