Name meaning : After the timber mill of the same name
Notes: The ACL siding is actually the siding at what was Pilkington ACI mill which became Pilks Pine. The up side platform was 4.82 metres in length. Platform added in April 1942. Mulhearn's (siding) opened with the Dorrigo branch on 23/12/1924 at the 695.377km mark. The location was the site of Mulhearn's mill - refererred to locally as the Mororo Mill (multiple local newspaper references).
This siding closed on 8/1/1941 and was relocated (opening 11/2/1941) at the 696.800km mark (Lowanna) as "ACL Siding", renamed to Lloyd April 1942 and eventually closed 9/5/1952.
As "LLoyd" it was known (and referred to locally (again, multiple references in local papers)) as "Lloyd's siding".
