Penny Pearce :

"20 years ago my husband went to the clearing sale at Lake House.... He bought the Tiberias railway hut for $25... i asked him how do we move it and he replied "we're not I am going to buy the place one day " 2 years later we did and the hut is still there.... we recently moved it from under the pine trees and will be restoring it."
