Chris Harrison: Found one of the images I mentioned in a previous comment regarding Taree turntable, complete with date. I don't understand how the claim that it was greased and wrapped in plastic started. Having not been in use for some time, the pit had gradually filled up with water. This image shows the condition it was in at the time it was being buried.
