*Note: Reid's Siding used Frames A and C (not the more common A and B) — the C designation suggests a third frame already existed at this location (perhaps Frame B was used for an earlier or adjacent facility), or that the Dorrigo Branch used a non-standard frame lettering sequence. The gradient profile (1 in 36 R descending, 1 in 59 F ascending) confirms this was a significant grade point on the branch, consistent with the Timber Top to Lowanna descent. The mill at Moleton being 2 miles from the siding explains the relatively modest 10-wagon capacity — logs were brought to the siding from a short-haul timber tramway rather than direct rail access to the mill.*
