I have enlarged the image to get more detail on the mile post and I am reasonably certain the last 2 numbers are either 95 or 05 and not 35 as you suggest, This would then correspond to either a 195 mile or 205 mile post. Converting 195 miles to metric gives 314km which, on the NCL, corresponds to a location between Yumbunga and Tugrabakh.
If the 9 is a 0, the mile post will read 205 which converts to 330km which, on the NCL, corresponds to a location at Doon-Ayre near Bundook which is my family property. I am reasonably confident the engine is very close to the well-known river location on Doon-Ayr called "The Spout" given the steepness of the hills in the background."
